New city centre office location announced for NI Facilities Management Contractor CHC Group Ltd

A Northern Ireland building engineering and facilities management contractor has announced the location of its new offices in the heart of Belfast.

CHC Group Ltd, based in Craigavon in Co Armagh, has acquired offices at Rochester Building on Adelaide Street which will accommodate more than 40 employees as part of the company’s growing workforce.

Following a sustained period of growth and the recent award of Property Management Contracts within the public sector, the Belfast office will house both contracts management and helpdesk services. The Belfast Team will work alongside the expanding CHC Teams in Craigavon and Dublin to deliver essential building services to its client base across the UK and Ireland.
