Coffee morning sees home care clients connect

A Worcester home care provider has hosted a heartwarming coffee morning in the woods.

Severn Vale Home Care hosted the meet-up at the Orchard Café in Worcester Woods.

The event allowed many clients who live alone to have conversations with others.

The company's owner, Stuart Callister, said: "I love coming to these gatherings and spending quality time with our elderly clients and our Care Professionals alike.

"It's an informal, relaxed event, where we can pause and spend some dedicated social time with everyone.

"Worcester and Malvern boast so many wonderful cafes, and we look forward to exploring more coffee mornings in the future."

The coffee morning went beyond providing clients with the chance to enjoy refreshments, but to create a space where clients could feel appreciated and connected.

The café’s laid-back environment was perfect for triggering thoughtful conversations and shared experiences.
