Coleen Rooney has been flooded with messages after revealing a 'lovely' family moment as the Rooney clan marked a special occasion. Taking to social media, Coleen revealed that her and her husband Wayne's son Kit has celebrated his first Holy Communion.
The mum-of-four - who also shares Kai, 14, Klay, 10 and Cass, six, with the former footballer - gushed over her beloved son's milestone in a heartfelt Instagram post as she gave her fans and followers an insight into the special day with a string of sweet pictures.
The first shot images in the carousel saw Kit, eight, posing in an adorable blue suit, teamed with matching Nike AirForce, alongside an incredible three-tier cake and a stunning balloon display that all tied into a white and silver theme.

There was also a family shot taken inside the church with a doting Coleen and Wayne seen alongside Kit, Klay and Cass while eldest son Kai was not pictured.
Meanwhile, some of the images showed later in the day as the kids made the most of the warm weather as they played around in an outdoor area with games and inflatables.
Captioning the post, Coleen, 38, wrote to her one million followers: "Wish we were doing this all over again this weekend. Such a special day for Kit’s First Holy Communion. Thank you to everybody involved in making it such a fantastic celebration."
