'Concerned' Kent Police officers search for Gravesend man last seen on promenade

Kent Police are searching for a man missing from Gravesend and say they are concerned for his welfare. Alan Shearing was last seen on Gordon Promenade during the early hours of Sunday, May 19.

The 65-year-old is around 6ft, with greying hair and a beard. He is believed to be wearing a green flat cap (which has black lines), a grey zip-up jumper, blue jeans and blue shoes with orange socks.

Alan was last seen driving a white Citroen Nemo van, with a registration plate starting GU60. Anyone with information on his whereabouts has been told to call 999, quoting reference 19-1024.
