Construction Workers Rescued From Under Washington Bridge After Multi-Vehicle Collision

Workers underneath the Woodrow Wilson Bridge connecting Washington and Maryland had to be rescued after their boom truck was hit during a multi-vehicle collision that resulted in a fire on June 20.
