Cops hunt man with links to Scotland after breaching prison licence conditions

Police in England are hunting for a man with links to Scotland who is wanted for breaching his prison licence conditions.

Officers from Merseyside Police say Patrick Michael Jones, 32, is wanted on the prison recall and believe he may have travelled north of the border.

Jones has connections in the Falkirk and Dundee areas, as well as in Merseyside and across the North East of England.

He is pictured with brown hair in a side pattern, and with a short, stubble beard. Cops describe Jones as 5ft 2in tall, medium build, short brown hair and blue eyes.

A Merseyside Police spokesperson said: "If you see him or hold any information, contact us via Merseyside Police Contact Centre on Twitter, ‘Merseyside Police Contact Centre’ on Facebook, or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 with reference 24000159500."
