Turo is Cornwall’s most prominent “Millionaire’s Row” with more £1 million property sales than anywhere else in our county. But, while thousands in Cornwall suffer and many can't afford to buy or rent a home due to the housing crisis - the most expensive house sold in Cornwall in the past year was at Fowey.

There were over 14,000 houses sold for over £1 million across England and Wales between the start of April 2023 and the end of March 2024. That’s according to exclusive analysis of the latest Land Registry data by the Reach Data Unit, part of CornwallLive's parent company. Almost half of them (49 per cent) were in London.
However, 92 houses in Cornwall were sold for over a million in the last 12 months. A total of 18 of those were in Truro, 11 were in Falmouth, another 11 in Wadebridge, nine in St Ives and seven in Fowey.

This article contains below a searchable interactive gadget to show all £1 million-plus homes sold in your or any area, an interactive map at the bottom showing house prices and changes in any area by postcode search and a list of house prices and changes in all areas of Cornwall.
