Richie treated attendees of the 20,000 strong crowd at Windsor Castle to a second of his most recognisable tracks when he got on his feet and performed All Night Long.
The performance saw him as the first performer at the show to deliver more than once song to the crowd, with Pete Tong, Olly Murs and Nicole Scherzinger all delivering just one track to the disappointment of viewers at home.
The event in the grounds of Windsor Castle also saw special appearances from Top Gun star Tom Cruise and The Muppets Miss Piggy and Kermit The Frog, as well as a special reenactment of a scene from Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet prior to Richie taking to the stage.
