Coronation Street spoilers: Shock split for beloved couple, Aaron claims sex with Amy was consensual
Realisation dawns for Amy on Coronation Street next week as she reels from what happened with Aaron. But will he listen when she insists on being too drunk to have consented to sex?
Plus, Daisy has her day in court, Beth stands accused of slapping Hope, and Tim’s world is rocked when Jackson turns up unexpectedly at his home.

Amy realises Aaron is lying
The morning after the night before sees Amy wake up hungover and with no memory of how she got into bed.

Aaron, meanwhile, reveals to Amy that he too is struggling. As he sees it, things went too far between them and they shouldn’t have had sex. But as Amy digests the news and asserts that she was too drunk to have had sex, Aaron goes all out to convince her that they both wanted it and are equally responsible for what happened.
But Amy knows he’s being deceitful and is therefore left further disconcerted when Summer reveals that she’s hoping to go to Manchester University to be near Aaron. But will Summer listen when Amy tries to advise her to look further afield?
Can Daisy defeat her stalker?
Just when Daisy thought Justin couldn’t get any more twisted, he turns up at a lunch date she’s arranged with her mum and is introduced as Christina’s new boyfriend!
Later in the week, events take another surprising turn when the owner of the boutique calls at the Rovers to inform Daisy that they’ve had a call from Justin accusing her of assault, so can no longer lend her a dress as publicity for fear it’ll ruin their reputation. Upping the ante, Justin subsequently turns up at No 1 while Daisy is home alone and once again leaves her terrified.
Friday’s drama will then see Daisy pinning all her hopes on the Stalking Protection Order hearing. But Justin is set to arrive and tell the court that the whole thing is a misunderstanding. As he sees it, Daisy is his friend, so he can’t possibly be her stalker. Fingers crossed the court gives him short shrift…
Fiz and Tyrone accuse Beth of slapping Hope
Hope is caught out after skipping school when Fiz and Tyrone unexpectedly pop home for a romantic lunch. But when Fiz steps towards her, Hope recoils and pleads with her not to be hit.
Realising that Hope is traumatised, Fiz and Tyrone then accuse Beth of slapping Hope and lying about it. Shocked by what his partner is capable of, Kirk is left at a loss as to how to deal with the situation. And when Beth tries to remind Kirk that she’s a good person by showing him mementoes from their relationship, he asks for more time to think things over. And by Friday, he’ll even be seen making plans to move out…
Blast from the past for Tim
Faye’s aware that she’s been avoiding Tim of late so agrees to a night out with her dad. But when her phone vibrates with a message from Jackson, she quickly covers.
But news of his resurfacing can only be concealed for so long. And, eventually, Jackson will be witnessed calling at No 4 and introducing himself to Tim and Sally as Miley’s dad. After he explains that he and Miley are now resident in the UK, Sally breaks the news to a shocked Tim that Faye has been ignoring Jackson’s messages because she doesn’t want to see her daughter.
