Coronation Street star Daniel Brocklebank has been seen enjoying a soap reunion as he was reunited with his friend and former co-star as she 'raises hell' in Manchester. The actor was out supporting Catherine Tyldesley as she was back on home turf with her latest show.

The actress, who starred as Eva Price in the ITV soap, is currently touring the country in Bonnie & Clyde - The Musical. Catherine is starring as Blanche Barrow in the show, currently alongside Alex James-Hatton as Clyde Barrow, Katie Tonkinson as Bonnie Parker and Sam Ferriday as Marvin 'Buck' Barrow.

Ahead of opening at the Manchester Palace Theatre on Tuesday (May 7), with its run continuing until Saturday, May 11, the incredible cast, including Catherine, made sure to raise a little hell as they arrived to the venue ahead of their first show in the city.

The role actually marks Catherine's musical theatre debut while she appears alongside Bat Out of Hell star, Katie Tonkinson as Bonnie Parker, Heathers and Newsies star Alex James-Hatton as Clyde Barrow and Sam Ferriday, who has appeared in hit musicals such as The Cher Show and Jersey Boys, in the role of Marvin 'Buck' Barrow.

And as the musical opened in Manchester, Daniel, known for playing Corrie's Billy Mayhew, hit the red carpet and was in the audience to watch Catherine and her castmates alongside his partner Jordan Coulthard.

And Daniel wasn't the only Corrie star cheering Catherine on. Antony Cotton, known for playing Sean Tully in the ITV soap, was seen posing for the awaiting photographers with on-screen son Dylan Wilson, played by Liam McCheyne, with the teen later describing Catherine's performance as "absolutely superb".

Cait Fitton, whose character Lauren Bolton is currently missing from Weatherfield, was also in attendance. They were also joined by newcomer, Joel Deering star Calum Lill as well as Rob Mallard, who plays Corrie's Daniel Osbourne, and Harriet Bibby, who was recently seen on-screen saying her goodbyes as Summer Spellman.
