Yahoo News Coronation Street's Jack P Shepherd says 'as if' as he stuns fans during lengthy break from soap
Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd stunned his fans as he was left amazed himself as he continues his lengthy break away from the UK. The actor ditched Weatherfield for more exotic climes as he recently headed off on what appears to be a trip of a lifetime with his girlfriend Hanni Treweek.
Earlier this month, Jack, who is famed for playing David Platt in the ITV soap, was seen having swapped the cobbles for a safari trip in Tanzania alongside Hanni and was regularly updating his fans and followers with the magnificent animals they had spotted along the way.
In one post on Instagram, shared with his 395,000 followers, Jack compiled a number of astonishing clips of the animals, from lions to warthogs and quipped: "Disney showed up," before adding the classic track from Disney's the Lion King, Hakuna Matata.

Hanni was quick to respond, writing: "the most incredible memories," alongside a crying face emoji before Jack's fans and followers reacted to the incredible sights featured in his video.
In his latest update, having previously mentioned moving on to Zanzibar, Jack was seen with Hanni strolling alongside a golden sandy beach. And his was quick to point out that the sand was actually golden.
As he filmed his feet as he made his way across the beach, the soap star told fans: "It's shiny, it's gold. See the little flecks of gold?" Jack then simply captioned the post: "As bloody if!"
And many of Jack's fans were quick to comment as they continue to be in awe of his latest adventure with his partner. @wilkinsonpamela said: "You have gone from Coronation Street to Gold Street." @clairehewick37 commented: "Omg this is so cool." @scott_rosie_.3 joked: "Quick put some in your pocket." @shelleybabe50 added: "Amazing."
It comes after Jack and Hanni were last week seen out at sea on a boat watching the sunset. Jack, 36, captioned a string of photos on Instagram: "Sunsets in Zanzibar."
The actor looked content as he sat smiling on the boat, whilst another snap showed his stunning girlfriend looking out to sea. The pair then shared a photo of them locking lips in front of the stunning views. But fans were quick to take to the comments section to address Jack's golden tan, as they asked pondered over how he'll get away with it when he returns to the soap to play David.
