Yahoo News Coronation Street's Tina O'Brien shares co-star celebration for her 40th birthday

Coronation Street star Tina O'Brien has given fans a glimpse into her 40th birthday celebrations with her co-stars.
Tina, who plays Sarah Barlow on the ITV soap, took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos from her on-set celebrations for the milestone occasion, captioning the post: "Bday memories."
In one of the snaps, Tina is joined by a birthday cake and her on-screen family, including Helen Worth (Gail Platt), Sue Nicholls (Audrey Roberts), Jack Shepherd (David Platt), Julia Goulding (Shona Platt) and Ben Price (Nick Tilsley).

Another photo shows the group gifting Tina with a sweet memory board filled with old photos from her time on the show,
The soap star also showed off her dressing room, which had been decorated with birthday balloons and banners, as well as the words "Happy 40th birthday Tina" written on her mirror.
Fans flooded the comment section of Tina's post with birthday wishes, as did Shepherd, who wrote: "Happy Birthday sis x".

It comes after some devastating scenes for Tina's character Sarah, who recently suffered a miscarriage and found out her marriage to Adam Barlow is over.
In last night's (August 9) episode, Adam attempted to make Sarah feel the same way she made him feel after discovering her affair with Damon Hay.
To do this, he showed up on the cobbles looking disheveled in order to imply that he had been with another woman the night before, though he eventually confessed to Sarah that it was all a ruse.
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
