Corrections and clarifications

• We quoted the shadow cabinet minister Lisa Nandy as saying, in relation to providing support to the relief agency Unrwa: “So, there’s no urgency to this now.” In fact, she said: “So, there’s new urgency to this now” (Cutting support has left hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in peril – Nandy, 18 April, p13). This error was in our print edition only​.

•​ A letter writer, Paul McGilchrist, described his cultural tastes as “catholic”, not “Catholic” as an editing error made it appear (Can Streeting’s private sector plans save NHS?, 15 April, Journal, p5).
