Corrections and clarifications

• An article (Partial win for official sacked by Green party over trans rights view, 10 February, p29) said a court ruled that Dr Shahrar Ali, a former deputy leader of the Greens in England and Wales, was incorrectly removed as a spokesperson “in part because of his views on transgender rights”. This meant to say, as in the headline, that Ali’s claim was partly upheld, not that it was in part due to his views. To clarify: the court found that by removing him in a procedurally unfair way, the party discriminated against Ali because of his gender critical belief.
