Coronation Street's Anna Windass could be facing a long jail sentence next week, as her trial for GBH goes from bad to worse.
Anna (Debbie Rush) stands accused of pushing teenager Seb Franklin off a ladder last year, but viewers know that she's been framed by her arch-enemy Pat Phelan.
We've already revealed how Anna's trial starts this Friday, with things getting off to a bad start when Phelan (Connor McIntyre) gives some damning testimony against her in the witness box.
When the trial then continues on Monday (January 22), there's yet more trouble for Anna as Roy Cropper takes his turn on the stand.
Although Roy (David Neilson) loyally gives Anna a glowing character reference, he's also forced to admit that he saw her attacking Seb in the cafe just moments before the ladder incident took place.
In another cruel twist of fate, Phelan's wife Eileen (Sue Cleaver) is later working at the cab office when she sees some CCTV footage of Gary Windass and Tim Metcalfe seemingly threatening Seb outside.
Not long afterwards, Tim (Joe Duttine) is called as a witness following the discovery, and he's forced to admit that he and Gary pressured Seb into changing his story ahead of the trial.
Anna's heart sinks as she realises this makes her look like she has something to hide, while smug Phelan can't believe his luck as he continues to follow the chaotic proceedings.
After the judge sums up the case and the jury go into deliberations, what will the verdict be?
Coronation Street airs Anna's verdict on Monday, January 22 at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
