BBC Countryfile presenter Adam Henson has shared an emotional update with his fans, detailing a bittersweet moment of loss and joy. On Saturday, June 14, Henson posted on social media about the "sad passing" of his horse Victoria, while also welcoming the birth of a new foal.

Adam took to his social media to express his feelings, writing: "After the sad passing of Victoria last week, I'm delighted to share the news that my #SuffolkPunch mare, Lexy, has given birth to a beautiful #colt."

He added: "He is doing extremely well and will be staying alongside Lexy with local expert #breeders to allow them to form a strong bond together, before joining us back at @cotswoldfarmpark. #foal #horses #farmlife."

The post garnered a warm response from followers, with one saying: "How gorgeous is he? Sorry for your loss of Victoria xx" Another commented: "Wow he's a little smasher he's got some lovely strong legs and a beautiful face."
