Courteney Cox has admitted that she “messed up” when it came to using fillers.

The Friends star opened up in the Gloss Angeles podcast, saying it was a “domino effect” and that she hadn’t realised she looked “a little off”.

“You look in the mirror and go, ‘Oh, that looks good’…” said the 58-year-old.

“You don’t realise what it looks like to the outside person.”

The actor isn’t the only person who has regretted having cosmetic enhancements.

A raft of stars have previously suggested that they would like to turn back time and choose not to have a nip and tuck.

In 2017, Beckham indicated that she regretted having anything done to her breasts.

The Spice Girl opened up as she penned a letter of advice to her teenage self in Vogue.

“Don’t mess with your boobs," she advised.

“All those years I denied it – stupid,” she said.

“A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you’ve got.”

Price is no stranger to plastic surgery but in 2021 she said one round of treatment left her looking “like a monster” and that she just wanted her old look back.

The star travelled abroad for procedures including liposuction and eye and lip lifts.

And she told The Sun she was shocked when she came round.

“Honestly, I’ve gone to hell and back, it was horrific – 'Oh my God I look like a monster out of a horror movie’,” she said.

The star said she was scared of looking like a “freak” or a “fake doll”.

“I’ve woken up with holes and stitches all over my body,” she said. “I look like I’ve got cat’s whiskers coming out of my nose and eyes. But I just want the old Katie back!”

Model Hadid had a nose job when she was in her teens.

But she’s since said she wishes she had kept her old nose.

Opening up in an interview with US Vogue last year, the catwalk queen confessed: “I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors.

“I think I would have grown into it."

Grey went under the knife and had a nose job after shooting to fame in Dirty Dancing.

But she later admitted that it changed her look a bit too much when it came to her career.

The Mirror quoted her as saying in 2012: “I went into the operating room a celebrity and came out anonymous. It was the nose job from hell. I’ll always be this once-famous actress nobody recognises because of a nose job."

Melanie Griffith

Eighties screen star changed her appearance with surgery when she was younger but later said she didn’t realise how different she was looking until other people started to point it out.

Speaking in an interview six years ago, she said: “I didn't [realise] until people started saying, 'Oh my god, what has she done?'

The Working Girl star said she was “so hurt” and took steps to remedy it.

“I went to a different doctor, and he started dissolving all of this s*** that this other woman doctor had put in,” she explained.

“Hopefully, I look more normal now."
