A top-rated café has opened a brand-new city-centre-based branch in Coventry. Baxter Baristas can be found at the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum on Jordan Well.

Baxter Baristas already have a presence in the city centre with a long-established café at the Coventry Transport Museum. Customers have raved about the 'excellent' food which led to them being awarded the Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice in 2023.

Owner Steven Prime said he was 'thrilled' at the opening of the new city-centre-based café, which opened on Monday, April 29. Diners will be able to enjoy a wide range of food and drinks, including 'Homely Egg on Toast' and a 'Mad About Mushrooms Toastie.'

He continued: “A new café is more than just expanding our business - it is about continuing to connect with the local community, and we are thrilled to bring our passion for great coffee and tasty food to even more people in the city! Just like the first café, the café is dog-friendly, so furry friends are welcome too!”
