Craig Charles taken to hospital after health scare during radio show
The star said his fingers were tingling
Craig Charles has reportedly revealed he ended up in hospital after suddenly finding himself unable to hold a pen properly while he was live on air.
The Mirror said the former Red Dwarf actor was hosting his BBC 6 Music radio show earlier this week when he fell ill, with tingling fingers and a pain in his head.
Charles said staff checked he was OK but that he wanted to go on with his show.

However, when he had finished his wife apparently whisked him off to A&E where he ended up having tests including an ECG and a CT scan.
The star was quoted as saying: “My hands couldn't grip the pen and my fingers were tingling.
"I had a pain in the right side of me shoulder going up my neck and into the back of my head."
Charles, 58, is now back on the airwaves and said that so far doctors had not got to the bottom of his mystery illness.
However, he assured fans: "At least I am not dying yet."
The star also praised the staff at the hospital, saying that they were "brilliant" while they were looking after him.
Charles found fame playing Dave Lister in massive sci-fi hit Red Dwarf, which aired from 1988 to 1999 before returning for another run a few years later.
He is also known by many TV viewers for playing the character Lloyd Mullaney in Coronation Street, a role he had between 2005 and 2015.
