Major Lazer, Axwell & Ingrosso, Eric Prydz and Alesso are amongst the huge new wave of acts announced for Creamfield festival 2018.

The Cheshire event will see over 70,000 people enjoy a massive selection of dance music acts across August bank holiday weekend.

Diplo & Steve Angello, Carl Cox, Chainsmokers, Carl Cox, Armin van Buuren & Chase & Status Tiësto, Rudimental, Martin Garrix, MK & Eric Prydz are also confirmed for the event, which represents the biggest celebration of house, techno and drum & bass in the summer festival calender.

Creamfields take place between August 23 - 26. Tickets can be bought here.

Sigma, Fedde Le Grand, Sigala & Oliver Heldens, Camelphat, Pete Tong, Fatboy Slim, Goldie, Faithless, Paul Van Dyk & Dimitri & Vegas & Yousef complete the newly announced acts.

Creamfields has played a significant part of the UK's summer festival lineup ever since it launched in Winchester back in 1998. It moved to its current location in Daresbury, Cheshire in 2006.
