Over the past three years, the "All About That Bass" hitmaker — who married former child star Sabara in 2018 — has kept her fans and social media followers updated on their happy family. Between photos of her kids and candid confessions about motherhood, Trainor continues to express her love out loud.

Bonding Time
"Made You Look" singer Meghan Trainor and her husband Daryl Sabara continuously share their adorable kids with the world on Instagram, from the babies' big milestones to their simple, silly moments at home.
In Dad's Arms
The couple shared photos of their second son in the hospital just a few days after his arrival. In one sweet snap, Spy Kids star Sabara looked down lovingly as he cradled the newborn, whose name they announced in the post's caption. They also noted that Barry was born on the seventh anniversary of his parents' first date.
"He was a big boy at 8lbs 7oz...and sideways (transverse), but we had an amazing, successful c-section, and I finally got my skin to skin time! Thank you to all of the incredible doctors and nurses who took such great care of us ❤️," Trainor wrote alongside a carousel of pictures.
Trick or Treat
In November 2023, Trainor and Sabara posted photos from their first Halloween with Barry, who looked cute as could be in a pumpkin shirt. His big brother joined in on a Monsters, Inc. group costume with his parents and their friends.
Something to Celebrate
Sabara and Trainor shared a joint Instagram post in honor of Riley's 1st birthday in 2022. The proud parents posed for photos beside the bow-tied toddler and celebrated his big day in the caption.
"Happy birthday Riley! You are my everything!" Trainor wrote. "I love you to the moon and back. Best year of my life."
Playtime Together
In another photo from Riley's festivities, the 1-year-old seemed to be sharing the dessert with a rather forceful hand.
In her March 2023 cover story for Parents, Trainor said, "I think when you have a kid you just realize, 'Wow, life is beautiful and precious. I want to be the best for my kid.' I've never been more motivated,."
Super Mom
When Riley was only 4 months old, Trainor gushed about the earliest highlights of motherhood and the close connection she formed with her son on the Today show.
"If I walk in a room, he just lights up, [he has] the biggest smile," she told Hoda Kotb during her July 2021 appearance on the talk show. "Nobody told me he's gonna love you so much and light up when you walk in a room. You're like, 'Oh my goodness. We're his everything.' "
Seeing the Best
In June 2022, Trainor told PEOPLE that Riley was going to start wearing glasses. "He's going to be so freaking cute!" she said in anticipation of her son's spectacles.
Trainor and Sabara captured the moment Riley first tried on his prescription lenses in a heartwarming Instagram video. "POV: Your son can finally see you clearly for the first time ever," the couple wrote over the footage of their son playing with some toys while wearing the green frames.
Family First
Children obviously changed Trainor's at-home routine, but in a 2022 interview with PEOPLE, she explained how motherhood also affected her professional process: the "Mother" singer said she started keeping her team on a kid-centric schedule.
"I told everyone, 'Get at my house at 11 a.m. and get out by 6 p.m.' So we would write a song and then I'd be like, 'It's dinner time, goodbye,' " Trainor said. Since she works from a studio in her house, the songwriter noted how she could take "baby breaks" to tend to her maternal duties.
Ups & Downs
While Trainor and Sabara love to share their favorite parts of parenthood, they've not shied away from the tougher topics, too. From her earliest days of pregnancy with Riley to her postpartum experiences with Barry, the musician has been candid about ups, downs and everything in between.
In her 2023 book, Dear Future Mama, Trainor detailed her rocky pregnancy, which included blood clots, blistering nipples and a gestational diabetes diagnosis. She was also pregnant during the COVID-19 pandemic and didn't have any other pregnant friends at the time.
"I was alone, so scared," she said in the tell-all.
Braving It All
While expecting baby No. 2, Trainor endured a new set of symptoms that she didn't experience while pregnant with her first. In February 2023, just a few months before baby Barry arrived, she told PEOPLE about her first trimester filled with nausea, exhaustion and headaches.
"The first one, I didn't feel pregnant at all, had zero symptoms, and this one, I got rocked, rocked," she said. "The first trimester was nauseous, was tired, was migraines. I was like, 'It's the flu. That's what it was.' "
