Dancing on Ice has confirmed its line-up of professionals for the upcoming 2024 series.

Following the exit of skater Matt Evers after 17 years on the show, four brand-new skaters will be heading onto the ice next year.

The newcomers are Amani Fancy, Vanessa James, Annette Dytrt and Simon Sénécal.

Two-time British national champion Fancy and former German and Czech national champion Dytrt will be familiar with the DOI format, with both skaters previously appearing on the German edition of the show.

Six-time French national champion James most recently represented Canada at the 2022 Winter Olympic Games.

Canadian-born Sénécal represents Armenia, with the Winter Olympian previously being crowned the country's national champion alongside his dancing partner.

The newcomers are joined by returning professionals Vanessa Bauer, Colin Grafton, Mark Hanretty, Brendyn Hatfield, Sylvain Longchambon and Tippy Packard.

Andy Buchanan and Robin Johnstone will also be back on the ice after taking a once-season break, while Alexandra Schauman and Łukasz Różycki will be taking a break from the upcoming series.

As for the celebrity cast, the Dancing on Ice class of 2024 consists of Olympic champion Greg Rutherford, former Love Island star Amber Davies, S Club 7 singer Hannah Spearritt, Brookside actress Claire Sweeney and champion boxer Ricky Hatton.

Joining them are EastEnders star Ricky Norwood, Coronation Street's Ryan Thomas, Made in Chelsea's Miles Nazaire, Emmerdale's Roxy Shahidi, radio presenter Adele Roberts and Taskmaster champion Lou Sanders.

Former Gogglebox star Stephen Lustig-Webb had previously signed up to the show but has since been forced to withdraw, after sustaining a broken ankle while training.

All celebrity-professional partnerships will be revealed in due course.

Dancing on Ice airs on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
