Appearing on Loose Women, she said: "I've got a bit of whiplash in my neck.

"I had I think four falls on Monday and do you know what it is? It's forgetting you're on ice! I'm calling it menopausal brain fog because I just stand there.
"The falls usually come when I'm still and I forget that I'm not in shoes and my feet just go and then I am on my back. So I've got to be careful of that."
Heaton has been open about her battle with addiction and has previously told how she drank every day for three years and eventually hit rock bottom.
But she has now been sober for 20 months and said she feels ready for the competition.
The mum-of-two told presenter Nadia Sawalha and co that it would have been "disastrous" if she had signed up for Dancing On Ice before.
"Because I wouldn't have been in the right space of mind to do something like this," she explained.
"My body and my mind wouldn't have been ready for it before and I just feel like this is my time."
