'Dancing On Ice' hit by complaints over Rita Ora performance
Dancing On Ice has been hit by complaints over the fact Rita Ora performed on the show despite her COVID rule-breaking.
The singer found herself in hot water after she was caught celebrating her 30th birthday at a restaurant during lockdown in November, and also had to apologise when it later emerged that she should have been quarantining at the time following a work trip to Egypt.
And it seems all hasn’t been forgiven, as many people were not impressed to see her perform on ITV’s ice-skating show at the weekend.

Viewers complained on social media when the show aired on Sunday and The Sun has now reported that broadcasting watchdog Ofcom has also received complaints.
So far, it reports, a total of 78 people have complained about the performance.
Ora performed her new single Bang Bang on the show on Sunday.
It triggered quite the backlash online, with one person tweeting: “Get off our screens, COVID RULE BREAKER.”
“Why on earth they allowed the super flouter, Rita Ora, on the show was beyond me - that was a disgrace!” said another person.
One viewer said they actually switched over when Ora came on.
They said: “We turned over when we saw @RitaOra come on."
"ITV should have replaced her for someone who has been keeping to the rules," the person added.
"Refuse to watch #dancingonice after seeing Rita Ora performing," said another viewer.
"Poor choice after breaking the COVID rules and a slap in the face for all health care workers and other key workers who have been put at increased risk because of such irresponsible behaviour."
