Dangerous BMW driver brake tests motorist at 70mph on M32

A dangerous driver has been disqualified and slapped with over £1,000 of fines after brake testing another motorist on the outside lane on the motorway. The BMW driver was reported for driving without due care on the M32 near Bristol.

After undertaking and brake testing another motorist on the outside lane of the motorway, the driver was reported. They pleaded guilty at court and were hit with a number of fines as well as a three month disqualification.

As well as being disqualified from driving, the driver had to pay a £807 fine, £110 in costs and £323 victim surcharge. The total figure they had to pay ended up being £1240.
