Daniel Farke answers 49ers question as Leeds United target Championship revival
Daniel Farke has spoken of the "backing and trust" he has received from owners 49ers Enterprises as Leeds United chase an immediate Premier League return. The Whites go to Middlesbrough on Monday looking to halt a poor run of form.
They have taken five points from a possible 15 since the international break to drop out of the automatic promotion places. With three matches remaining, United trail second-placed Leicester City by a point, albeit the Foxes have a game in hand.
After the trip to the Riverside, the Whites visit Queens Park Rangers before rounding off their campaign at home to title rivals Southampton. There is plenty at stake for the Whites as they bid to secure a top-two finish.

Farke, a two-time Championship title winner with Norwich City, said: "From the owners, it’s just backing and trust. The pressure we have is we’ve brought us into a privileged position and we want to use it.
"We’re playing a top class season. The points tally and goal difference is remarkable. By far the best team in the second half of the season. In many statistics we are leading the league.
"We do it step by step. We brought it into the privileged position that we will definitely finish top four, you want to take the last step to play a perfect season. We want to be promoted. We have two chances."
United will be without Burnley loanee Connor Roberts (muscle problem) for the next two matches. The clash at Boro will come too soon for Jamie Shackleton.
