Danville Rotary to host e-cycling day next month

Apr. 26—DANVILLE — The Danville Rotary will host an e-cycling day next month for residents to recycle unwanted electronics safely and securely.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to noon May 11 in the parking lot at Service 1st Federal Credit Union on Route 11.

Accepted items include computers, laptops, smartphones, tablets, servers, routers, firewalls, printers, CD players, phones, radios, computer monitors and more.

TVs, washers, dryers, microwaves, household appliances and refrigerant-containing appliance such as air conditioners will not be accepted.

Items will be accepted at no cost. Donations to the Danville Rotary can be made via cash, check or Venmo.
