The long-awaited opening date for a popular restaurant has finally been released. Megan’s a chain restaurant known for its gorgeous Mediterranean-themed interior and delicious menu, is soon set to open it’s Weybridge branch.

The front facade of the unit has been pulled off, revealing the huge interior. Thompsons contractors have commenced transforming the inside, and are busy gutting, wiring and decorating.

An official opening date has been released, and is expected to open on Monday, July 29. Alongside the opening of the restaurant, comes job opportunities, offering up to £44,000 per year.

Megan’s is currently looking for a restaurant manager, assistant manager, general manager, assistant general manager and a head chef to run the new restaurant. It’s set to be a high volume, fast-paced and all day dining environment, so applicants will need to thrive in a busy environment.

The bio for potential applicants reads: “You will work closely with your fellow managers to run your restaurant; ensuring every shift is better than the last, creating magical experiences for our guests (and their dogs), and driving excellent results. We are team players; we have a lot of fun and support each other.” To view the job openings available, click the link here.

In 2014 Megan sold the shop to her friend, and moved to New Zealand. It has now grown with around 20 restaurants dotted around the UK.
