McCall, 55, was joined by boyfriend Michael Douglas on podcast Making the Cut, during which she openly discussed the pleasures she experiences while asleep.
Taking inspiration from The Happy Vagina Book by Mika Simmons, she said: "I’ve had an orgasm in my sleep - several. It’s great!"
“This book you can pick up, put down, you can read a page and there’s always something on it that’s very helpful," she added.
"It’s about everything about women and their vaginas and fertility - everything from sex, there’s quite a lot about sex, types of orgasm.”

The former Big Brother host has been open about her personal experiences with her body as it goes through the menopause - once even admitting the brain fog she experienced scared her into believing she had dementia.
She also appeared in Channel 4 documentary Davina McCall: Sex, Myths and the Menopause in 2021 and has credited hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for making her feel "normal" again.
McCall and Douglas went public with their relationship in 2019, and moved in together at the end of 2022.
The couple host consumer podcast Making The Cut together, something McCall notes is the closest to them talking publicly about their romance.
"We’ve got an agreement that I don’t talk about our relationship, because our exes and kids don’t have a right to reply, so it’s not fair," she said.

"But I love doing the podcast with him. It’s basically an extension of what we’ve always done as friends, which is recommend things to each other.
"Even if we didn’t make any money – which we haven’t really, yet – we would still do it just because we love it.
"People also seem to really love it. But I guess that is the most public thing we do together."
Their relationship comes after McCall's previous 17-year marriage to Matthew Robertson, which ended in 2017.
Together they have three children - Holly, 21, Tilly 19, and Chester, 16.
