Debris Flies as Deadly EF3 Tornado Barrels Through Northeast Kansas

A powerful EF3 tornado ripped through Westmoreland, Kansas, on Tuesday, April 30, killing one and injuring three others, local authorities said.

Brian Clifton captured footage of the tornado swirling overhead, and on the ground whipping up debris. According to the National Weather Service, the tornado brought peak winds of 140 mph.
