A delivery driver who "accidentally" ran over and killed a three-year-old girl while reversing out of a street will not face criminal charges.

Milliee-Ann Rae Mckellar was involved in a collision with a van in Calne, Wiltshire, at around midday on 3 March last year.

The driver reversed his Mercedes Sprinter out of Campion Close and hit Milliee-Ann.

More than a year later, Wiltshire Police has concluded its investigation and has confirmed the driver won't be prosecuted.

Milliee-Ann was a daughter to Tanzin Wells and Mike McKellar and sister to Rico.

Wells' cousin Tara Elizabeth organised a fundraiser for the family after the tragic accident.

She said Milliee-Ann was "a happy, cheeky, kind little girl who will be missed dearly".

Chris Wooldridge of nearby Fluffy Puffin ice cream launched a new flavour in memory of the toddler to raise money for a memorial near her home.

"They said she liked all the syrups, so we came up with a ripple ice cream with blue berries and crushed mini eggs."
