Denon Launches White PerL and PerL Pro earbuds, showcasing its personalised sound tech

Denon has introduced a new colour variant for its PerL and PerL Pro True Wireless earbuds, named White PerL.

The Japanese audio giant’s latest offering uses proprietary Masimo Adaptive Acoustic Technology (AAT), setting it apart from other audio devices. Unlike competitors, which typically measure only the outer ear, Denon says its technology maps the outer, middle, and inner ear. This approach allows the earbuds to create a unique hearing profile for each user, ensuring personalised and enhanced sound quality, it adds.

Both PerL models provide top-tier features for flawless audio quality. The higher-spec Denon PerL Pro lets you listen to uncompressed, CD-quality music over Bluetooth using Qualcomm’s latest aptX Lossless technology. This means no compromise on audio quality, retaining 100% of the content from original lossless recordings.

What’s more, the earbuds leverage Dirac Virtuo’s leading-edge algorithms to create more immersive spatial audio from stereo content. This means you’ll feel enveloped in your audio, as if you were listening to surround sound. Denon’s critically-acclaimed sound engineering shines through too, shown by the vivid sonic experience the PerL earbuds provide.

Custom audio profiles

Denon’s PerL earbuds also use artificial intelligence to generate custom audio profiles, enhancing depth, detail, and clarity based on individual hearing characteristics. Both PerL models offer active noise cancellation and a social mode, allowing users to switch between complete immersion and situational awareness.

The PerL Pro model features adaptive noise cancellation, which adjusts to the environment and earbud fit for optimal performance. Additionally, they support multipoint connectivity, enabling users to connect to multiple devices simultaneously.

When it comes to battery life, the PerL model provides up to six hours of battery life on a single charge, extending to 18 hours with the case. The PerL Pro offers up to eight hours of battery life per charge, with a total of 24 hours using the wireless charging case.

The White PerL and PerL Pro earbuds are available now on Denon’s website. The PerL model is priced at £189, while the PerL Pro is available for £299.
