Organisers of the English Riviera Airshow say it will be "better than ever" in 2024 with a host of new additions including "premium" experiences with seating and live music all weekend. The two-day event, also known as the Torbay Airshow, first took place in 2016.

For the first time in the airshow’s history, there will be a special opening night on the Friday before the event (May 31). Members of the public are invited to Paignton Green from 6pm to 10pm to kick off the weekend with a line-up of live music headlined by The Barefoot Bandits.

As with the rest of the airshow, the opening night is free to attend and food and drinks can be purchased from a range of stands. This year's airshow will also feature live music all weekend on Paignton Green.
