Free places are available on summer holiday soccer camps for youngsters who want to follow in the footsteps of Devon's own Ollie Watkins and other Euro 2024 heroes. The England star - who started off playing grassroots football in Newton Abbot - cemented his place in the history books with a late winner in Wednesday's semi-final against the Netherlands.

Ollie, who grew up in Abbotskerswell, began his career at Exeter City's Academy at the U11 level, before later playing for Exeter City. From there, he went to Brentford and joined Aston Villa for a then club-record fee of £28 million in 2020.

Budding England stars inspired by his rise to the top of the game can practice their skills this summer at a range of football camps being run by Kellogg's. The camps for five to 15-year-olds, in partnership with the EFL, Manchester City, Celtic and Rangers, are taking place at 73 locations across the UK and are open to boys and girls.

For kids in Devon, there's a Kellogg’s Football Camp in Exeter with the Community Foundation for Exeter City FC, the Exeter City Community Trust. One is also taking place at Plymouth Argyle.

Kellogg’s is giving away 30,000 free places for the camps before they kick off this summer. To participate, parents will need to buy a special promo pack of Kellogg’s cereal to find the redemption code.

They can then sign children up for a local session at www.kelloggsfc.com
