Did Dynamo Fluff His Trick During Live Show?

Dynamo continues to totally blow our minds every time we see him showing off his latest incredible trick.

However, things didn’t seem to go completely to plan during his live show at London’s O2, with a trick involving a water bottle and a mobile phone suffering from a slight hiccup.

Things seemed to be going well for Dynamo, as he wowed the star-studded crowd by making a phone belonging to audience member Tom disappear into a bottle.

Impressive stuff, right? So far, so good.

However, while the actual trick went without a hitch, things got a little awkward when Dynamo tried to prove that the phone was all real, asking the other guest, Amy, to call Tom’s phone.

Unfortunately for everyone involved, the signal was seemingly pretty poor inside the O2, which resulted in Tom’s phone not ringing.

Awkward.

Dynamo asked Amy if her phone was actually calling, before he turned to the audience and asked anyone who was there with Tom to “Please call as quickly as you can. It’s a live magic show people. Anything could happen.”

With the phone still not ringing, he said: “Maybe your battery died last minute […] Well believe me, that is Tom’s phone in the bottle. It might be broken.”

Tom didn’t exactly look thrilled as he walked off stage with his phone inside the bottle, with the MailOnline reporting that an audience member sitting near him said: “We could see him rattling the phone in the bottle.

“Then these security guards came over and asked him for some details before taking the bottle away with them. I don’t know how they did it, perhaps they smashed the bottle but they came back with the phone.”

This is the risk with a live show, right? Besides, the actual trick went to plan and it was just the signal inside the arena that played havoc with everything.

Another audience member who had been to see a matinee performance confirmed to MailOnline that the trick had gone perfectly earlier in the day.
