Dinosaurs are taking over Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park

Forget Jurassic Park, Avon Valley Adventure Park is now the place to be for the ultimate dinosaur experience. From Saturday 25th May - Sunday 2nd June, dinosaurs are once again taking over Avon Valley for a totally ROARsome, interactive May Half Term.

Visitors to Dinosaur Valley: LIVE! will be part of the biggest dinosaur-themed day out in the South West, where animatronic versions of the prehistoric creatures can be found at their riverside home. Walking dinosaurs will roam the park and those brave enough can have an encounter with a raptor as the experience creates moments that have up until now only been brought to life in books and films.

As well as being able to interact with the dinosaurs, explorers of the park will have the opportunity to take photos with the once-dominant creatures of the Earth at one of the many picture opportunities around the experience.

Theatrical performances will take place throughout the day, including at the Dinosaur Research Lab. The interactive experience will engage children and their families in the hatching area for our park dinosaurs. Park-goers will also be able join the Jurassic Explorers with live shows scheduled intermittently.

Dino-lovers will also be able to try their hand at archeology, as they dig for dinosaur bones in the fossils excavation zone. They will also be transported back in time with an expert and take a closer look at the creatures in their natural habitat at the Dinosaur Observation Post, taking twitching to a whole new level
