Dior shoppers are 'ditching' their £32 lip oil for Aldi's £3 ones that are just 'as good'

Aldi has announced the return of a must-have beauty product for lip gloss lovers - just in time for summer. To help you achieve your glowing summer look, the budget supermarket is bringing back its sensual lip oil.

The Lacura Luminous Lip Oil (10ml) will be hitting shelves up and down the country from Sunday, June 23. And like with all other Specialbuys, the lip oils will only be available for a limited time. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Fans looking to bag themselves the lip oil can find it for just £3.99. Promising to nourish and moisturise lips, the Luminous Lip Oil is formulated with Vitamin E and a range of antioxidants to keep your make-up looking and feeling freshed.

Returning to stores with three shades - ‘Clear’, ‘Pink’ and ‘Cherry’ - the lip oil is there to enhance natural complexions. Fans of the gloss could save a cool 92 per cent (£28.01) compared to Dior’s Addict Lip Glow Oil, which retails at a whopping £32.

Makeup artist and salon owner Emma Causer, also known as @emmacmua on TikTok, also raved about the budget beauty buy. In a video the makeup artist said: “This Aldi Lip Oil is unbelievable. Anyone that’s like me that loves just a glossy lip but a little bit of a pinky tinge – honestly.

“Not sticky, it goes in clear then after a minute you get a gorgeous pinky lip. How unreal, I’m obsessed. ”

@lifestylewlydia’s TikTok video of the Aldi Lacura Luminous Lip Oil has accumulated over 240,400 views, with followers going mad for the beauty buy. Izzy commented: “Better be going to Aldi rn for this”

While Annika said: “What is happening, I need to go to Aldi now.” L simply wrote: “I would just refill my Dior one with an Aldi one.”
