Dodge City Breaks 1899 June Rainfall Record

Dodge City, Kansas, experienced a record-breaking amount of rainfall for June, surpassing the previous record set in 1899, the National Weather Service (NWS) said said on June 30.

Overnight on June 29-30, rainfall across Kansas varied from half an inch to nearly five inches, local news reported.
