The second part of the series finally arrived on 13th June, with Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington taking centre stage. Each season of the period drama is set to follow a different Bridgerton sibling, based on the best-selling books by author Julia Quinn.

Who does Hyacinth Bridgerton marry in the books?

So, in Hyacinth’s book titled ‘It’s In His Kiss’, we learn that she has not yet found a husband after four years on the marriage mart and several failed proposals. Oh, Hyacinth!

But, this is where Lady Danbury comes in as she believes her grandson, Gareth St. Clair, might be a good suitor. He is also Gregory Bridgerton’s best friend, and Hyacinth isn’t convinced about the match until she and Gareth later join forces on a jewellery heist.

They work together in attempting to translate Gareth’s paternal grandmother’s diary, with Hyacinth developing feelings for Gareth in the process and the rest of the Bridgerton family encouraging her to explore the match.

Soon, Gareth finds himself falling for Hyacinth and asks her brother, Anthony, for permission to marry her. He accepts, Gareth proposes and Hyacinth says yes. They marry and go on to have two children, George and Isabella. Too cute!
