'Don't Mess With Our Kids' Rally Held Outside Ohio Statehouse

Hundreds gathered outside the Ohio Statehouse in Columbus for a ‘Don’t Mess With Our Kids’ rally on Saturday, April 13.

Video captured by journalist Brendan Gutenschwager shows a stage in front of the statehouse where several speakers addressed the large crowd.

According to the movement’s website, all 50 states were encouraged to hold rallies at state capitols around the country to protest against “woke” and LGBT “indoctrination.”

The organization, which describes itself as Christian, is anti-abortion and advocates against the “sexualization of children.” Past actions have included protests to ban mention of sexual orientation in schools. Credit: Brendan Gutenschwager via Storyful

Man can say what he wants to say and do what he wants to do, but ultimately, it's God's way. And so as the legislators of the kingdom of Heaven, we're going to do the Matthew Six today, and we're going to legislate the kingdom of Heaven into the Earth. And we're going to come to an agreement and into an alignment with what the word of God says. And we're going to legislate that into our state as it is happening across the entire nation right now.
