Dothan hospital donates thousands to local nonprofits

DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) — To celebrate Doctors Day, on Saturday, March 30, Flowers Hospital made donations totaling $6,000 to several local non-profits.

Flowers Hospital made $1,000 donations to six separate Wiregrass-based organizations: The House of Ruth, Alabama Baptist Children’s Homes and Family Ministries, Exchange Center for Child Abuse Prevention, Time Youth Dothan, Living Waters Counseling, and City of Hope.

“Thanks to our medical staff for the outstanding care you provide when patients need you,” said Flowers Hospital’s chief executive officer Jeff Brannon. “And, thank you to these organizations for all you do to improve the quality of life the Wiregrass community.”
