Douglas Ross is a Westminster apologist who takes orders from his London bosses

Tomorrow, Scotland has the chance to send the Tories packing.

For 14 years, people in Scotland have suffered under successive, self-serving, Tory governments – each one more incompetent and corrupt than the last.

Despite not voting for the Conservatives since the 1950s, Scotland has paid a high price for the failure of successive Tory governments.

Thanks to the Tories' economic mismanagement, we’ve witnessed wages stagnate as our bills skyrocket.

We’ve seen more children thrown into poverty thanks to the Tories' abhorrent two-child benefits cap and bedroom tax.

We’ve been dragged out of the EU with a Tory Brexit we didn’t vote for - with vital opportunities for our young people ripped away.

While people in Scotland stayed home to protect their loved ones during the Covid pandemic, the Tories partied in Downing Street.

And as households across Scotland were getting back on their feet after the pandemic, the Tories knocked them to the floor again Liz Truss’ disastrous mini-budget and subsequent cost of living crisis, which threw the UK economy off a cliff edge.

Whatever they touch, the Tories leave a trail of chaos and cruelty in their wake – but this Thursday, we can send the Tories a message by getting rid of every single Tory MP in Scotland.

And the only way we can do that is by voting SNP.

The SNP is the main challenger in every single Tory-held seat – including Scottish Tory Leader Douglas Ross, who I’ll be challenging tomorrow.

In this seat, Labour don’t even have a candidate.

People in Aberdeenshire North and Moray East deserve a full-time MP who champions their priorities, not a Westminster apologist who takes his orders from his London bosses.

The Tories are finished, and tomorrow we can finish the job and ensure no constituency in Scotland is represented by a Tory MP.

By voting SNP and sending SNP MPs to Westminster, we can keep the strong case for independence alive and get rid of the Tories for good – not just for this government.

The stakes have never been higher this General Election. Every vote will count, and a better Scotland is well within our grasp.

Only the SNP will put Scotland’s interests first at Westminster and stand against more Westminster austerity cuts from the next UK government.

Tomorrow, send your Tory candidate packing with a vote for the SNP.

Seamus Logan is the SNP's candidate in Aberdeenshire North and Moray East.
