Drain repair interrupts traffic in downtown Dothan

DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) — Crews will perform emergency repair work on storm drains in downtown Dothan on Thursday, April 18, between 5:00 and 7:00 a.m.

During the repairs, a portion of the southbound lane of North and South Oates Streets will be closed at the intersection of West Main Street next to the Houston County Courthouse.

The northbound left-turn lane onto West Main Street and the westbound left-turn lane onto South Oates Street will also be closed.

Drivers are asked to use caution when traveling in this area.
