Drone Reveals Major Floods in North Carolina After Storm Ophelia Landfall

Drone footage recorded in Washington, North Carolina shows the city’s boardwalk inundated with water on Saturday, September 23, after Tropical Storm Ophelia made landfall in the state earlier in the day.

Footage recorded by Christian Nevarez, who runs the YouTube channel Weather Chasing, shows several locations flooded by the storm on Saturday morning.
