California resident Craig Philpott captured drone video of flooding in the Napa River in Napa County, California near St. Helena on Thursday, February 14.

The National Weather Service for the San Francisco Bay Area canceled a flood warning for the Napa River near St. Helena but extended the flood warning for the Napa River near the city of Napa and several of the surrounding areas until Thursday night.
