STORY: leksandr Tolokonnikov, a senior official in Ukraine's Kherson military administration, said water levels in the Kherson region had dropped to slightly below 10 ft from Thursday's (June 8) peak 18.3 ft average.

Drone video filmed on Sunday (June 11) showed extensive areas of the city of Kherson and the surrounding area still submerged in water.

The Kakhovka reservoir has lost nearly three-quarters of its water since the dam was destroyed.
