Police in Dubai rescued a cat found hanging for its life onto a car’s door handle amid flooding in the city on Wednesday, April 17, that remained after record rain.

Heartwarming footage released by the Dubai Media Office shows a man approaching the car by boat and grabbing hold of the cat, bringing the animal to safety.
