Dua Lipa struts her stuff on Kent beach in sizzling weather for new video

Songstress Dua Lipa has been spotted filming at a busy Kent beach today (May 11). The English-Albanian singer and songwriter, 28, who recently shot to number one in the charts with her new album Radical Optimism, could be seen being followed by cameras at Viking Bay in Broadstairs.

Onlookers snapped photographs and posted to social media and - undeniably - it was the gorgeous singer pictured, donning long, glossy cherry-red hair. Dua Lipa was wearing a sleek all-black outfit and her loose locks could be seen flowing in the sea breeze.

Her black leather wide-leg trousers were paired with a sheer long-sleeved top with black feather cuffs and neckline. Underneath she wore a simple black vest and a glitzy diamond necklace.

The outfit is seemingly a tamer version of her boudoir-inspired Met Gala look, featuring black sheer materials and feathered accents. Inspiring onlookers, fans rushed to watch Dua Lipa on the crowded beach.

One fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “Dua Lipa is so talented, walking in sand so easily filming her new music video,” adding: “I can’t believe she’s here”. Others made the connection between Dua’s Met Gala outfit and her beach get-up, one wrote: “Looks like she's wearing something feathery like at the Met, wonder if it's Marc Jacob's again.”

Ever hopeful fans are praying Dua is filming a music video, saying: “I hope it's 'End Of An Era', it's the one I like the most from her new album,” another said: “what if it’s for the intro video of the Radical Optimism tour?”

It has also been speculated that the video might be an Yves Saint Laurent advertisement. Alternatively, it could be an O2 advert, for her upcoming tour that is accompanying her new number one album.
