MAFS UK fans have been left thrilled, following the news of one favourite couple set to walk down the aisle for real. Viewers of the hit E4 dating show couldn't contain their excitement.

Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson both made history on the reality experiment, after being the first female couple to appear on the programme. Two years on from their stint on MAFS, the pair revealed they have become engaged.

The news was announced in a joint post on social media, as their co-stars and adoring fans flooded the comments section. The Instagram post gave an insight into the wholesome proposal, which appeared to take place in the back garden.

The outdoor space had been transformed with a pathway of glowing candles, and a cosy set-up as they soaked up the special moment by the fire. Champagne was popped in celebration of their news, as Jenna beamed at the camera showing off her ring.

"We’ve been keeping a little secret..," they captioned the Instagram post. "A week ago the absolute love of my life asked me to marry her."

Jenna continued: "From me being a little slow on the uptake, thinking Zoe had just gone a little overboard for date night to Bobo setting himself on fire, it was perfect and chaotic and just very 'us'

"Not to be cliché but I genuinely didn’t think that this type of love actually existed, to have someone who loves you, cares and respects you as much as you do them, is the most incredible feeling.. and now I get to marry my best friend instead of a stranger!"
