Eamonn Holmes shares message to girl he 'loves and adores' amid Ruth Langsford divorce

Eamonn Holmes was flooded with messages as he shared a message to one of the girls he 'loves and adores'. The presenter has recently been hitting the headlines following the news of his divorce from Ruth Langsford after 27 years together.

The former This Morning duo announced the end of their relationship last month after 14 years of marriage. Eamonn and Ruth married in June 2010 after 13 years of dating. The wedding was attended by TV presenters Gloria Hunniford and Jeremy Kyle, EastEnders actress Zoe Lucker and former champion boxer Barry McGuigan.

The pair share one son, Jack, while Eamonn also has three children, Declan, Rebecca and Niall, from his first marriage to his first wife Gabrielle.

While Ruth hasn't been seen on screens since the news was confirmed, Eamonn, meanwhile, returned to his GB News breakfast show on May 28, following news of the divorce, and he addressed the fact his relationship has been the subject of headlines.

"Just before we move on I would like to thank people for your support for Ruth and I over the last few days as to the news of our separation," he said. "Your support for both of us is very much appreciated."

The 64-year-old has since continued to post to social media as normal and on Friday (June 7), he shared a picture of his rarely-seen daughter Rebecca, 32, saying despite a lack of girls in the family he had "one who I love and adore".

Posting a photo to Instagram, Eamonn was seen posing alongside her in matching sunglasses as they perched on the back of a car. He then wrote in view of his fans and followers: "Lots of folk posting about their daughters. Not many girls in The Holmes family but I have one who I love and adore."
